 CLM Unlocked is a vendor-free practitioner community. By enrolling, you confirm that you are not currently employed by, affiliated with, contracted to, or acting on behalf of any company or individual that develops, sells, licenses, implements, or consults on CLM systems, legal technology, AI contract tools, or related software or services, including but not limited to CLM vendors, legal technology companies, AI contract startups, implementation partners, resellers, and independent consultants whose practice includes CLM or legal technology sales or advisory services. If this representation is false at the time of enrollment or becomes false at any point during your membership, CLM Unlocked reserves the right to immediately terminate your access without notice. No refunds will be issued.

All new members are vetted prior to receiving access. Vetting typically takes 3 to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your review is complete and access has been granted.
